ExtensionVision is a tool that produces an indicative house-extension feasibility report from a photo and details of your home. It is provided by Conjora Limited, a company registered in Ireland (“we”, “us”). By using extensionvision.ie you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2Who can use it
You must be 18 or over to create an account or make a purchase. Anyone may use the free tools.
3Information, not advice
ExtensionVision gives general information and estimates about building, cost and planning matters. It does not know your full circumstances and is not professional advice. Rates and rules change; we work to keep figures current and to show their sources, but check anything important with a qualified adviser or the official source before you act on it.
4AI-generated content
Some features use AI to produce text or reports. That output can contain mistakes. It is provided for information only — check it before relying on it, and do not treat it as medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
5What you submit
You keep ownership of what you upload or publish. You give us a licence to store, process and — where the feature is meant to show it — display it, for as long as it stays on the site.
Only submit content you have the right to share. Do not post anything unlawful, defamatory, misleading or that exposes someone else’s personal data. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
6Payments
Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where it applies. Payments are processed by Stripe; the seller is Conjora Limited, and that is the name you may see on your card statement.
Cancellations and refunds are covered by our refund policy.
7Fair use
Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, scrape it with automated tools, or use it for anything unlawful. The site’s design, text, data compilations and software belong to us or our licensors; you may share links and short quotations, but not copy substantial parts.
8Our responsibility to you
We provide ExtensionVision with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9Changes and ending
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. If a change materially affects a paid service you use, we will tell you in advance. We may change or withdraw free features at any time.
10Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Irish law, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the EU you keep the protection of your own country’s mandatory consumer law and can bring proceedings there. Please contact us first — most problems are sorted with one email.
